For those that don’t know me, my name is Maddie and I am a passionate archer with a love for competition and precision. I started my archery journey around July 31, 2020 and started shooting competitively about a year later. One of the things I love about archery is the friendships I make, the differences I’ve made and the places I travel to. When not at a tournament or practicing I enjoy time with my family and friends and pride myself in my school work. Additionally, I am a member of my school’s Honor Choir.
My Bows
For the past few years I have been shooting bows that are built by Darton Archery. In my opinion they make really nice bows, light weight, fast enough for what I need and at a great price. Currently I am shooting a Darton Exodus Pro SD. At first I was challenged with getting comfortable as this was my 1st ever Target Bow. Mr. Tom and Mr. Wayne at the shop were very patient with me and got this set for me exactly how I like it. I am currently looing at another Darton bow so I will have one for indoor and one for outdoor. Below is a picture of the bow I shoot and the bows I’ve shot over the past.
