For those that don’t know me, my name is Maddie and I am a passionate archer with a love for competition and precision. I started my archery journey around July 31, 2020 and started shooting competitively about a year later. One of the things I love about archery is the friendships I make, the differences I’ve made and the places I travel to. When not at a tournament or practicing I enjoy time with my family and friends and pride myself in my school work. Additionally, I am a member of my school’s Honor Choir.
My Bows
For the past few years I have been shooting bows that are build by Darton Archery. In my opinion they make really nice bows, light weight, fast enough for what I need and at a great price. Currently I have two that I use. My primary bow is called Mike, he is the shorter bow, is green and has been very dependable for me. Mike is a Darton Sequel 33st and will mostly be used for 3D and Field tournaments. Sulley is currently my backup bow, but I hope to have him ready for Indoor Target and available to use for Outdoor Target. He is my first real Target bow and I’ve had some challenges shooting him consistently. Sulley is blue and a bit larger than Mike. Below you will see pictures of the Bows I have shot.
